Worship
NLSC holds church services on Sundays from 11am until noon. We honour the Lord in song then receive teaching and encouragement from the Bible. Audio recordings may be found on Pastor John’s YouTube channel, The Shepherd’s Voice with Pastor John Feakes.
Sunday School
During the sermon time, children ages 4-8 are invited to attend Sunday School, where qualified, dedicated staff minister to the little ones in stories, songs, and fun activities. We have Adult Sunday School from 9:30 until 10:30, and Pre-Teen Sunday School from 10:10 until 10:50.
Bible Class
Throughout the school year (September—May) we have college-level Bible courses Monday evenings (7pm). The audio recordings of these lectures may be found on Pastor John’s YouTube channel, The Shepherd’s Voice with Pastor John Feakes.
Ladies Bible Study
On Wednesday mornings ladies gather in the fireside room at 10am for Bible study and fellowship time.
Prayer Meeting
On Wednesday evenings, the saints are invited to attend our prayer meetings (7pm), which take place at the church (618 Muriel St.) and at the Family Life Centre (240 Pritchard Ave).
Young Adults
Our Young Adults (ages 18-30) meet every-other-Saturday afternoon for food, fellowship, and the study of God’s word.
